The S&OP Leader manages the operational planning processes supporting the company's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) framework. This role owns the execution of monthly and weekly planning cycles, facilitates demand and supply reviews, and identifies risks and opportunities to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making. The position serves as an operational integrator across Sales, Product Management, Customer Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to ensure aligned plans and effective decision escalation.
