The Leadership and Development Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership development across the Health Assessment Advisory Services (HAAS) within Ingeus. This role acts as the internal lead for the iLEAD programme, ensuring alignment with the wider Learning & Development Strategy and operational priorities. The position focuses on building scalable leadership capability, embedding coaching frameworks, and supporting colleague engagement and retention.
