About this role
The Research Foundation CUNY is hiring a full-time Leadership Coach for the Institute for Leadership Development at Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. The coach will support the LEAD program, providing individual and group coaching to public-sector child welfare and juvenile justice leaders to strengthen leadership capacity and promote equity-driven system change. The role focuses on advancing participants' personal and organizational leadership goals and supporting partnerships with communities and agencies.
