Leadership Development Professional

This full-time, entry-level training position offers a structured 12-month development plan with hands-on learning and operational rotations at a state-of-the-art lumber mill in Holden, LA. Participants will work under mentor guidance to develop safety and front-line leadership skills while gaining broad exposure to manufacturing processes, business functions, and process improvement projects.
