About this role

RTX is seeking entry-level candidates for its high-visibility Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) in Aerospace and Mechanical disciplines. Selected candidates will complete three eight-month rotational assignments across various locations to gain hands-on experience in design, testing, and manufacturing. The program includes professional mentoring and training to develop future technical leaders within the global technology organization.

Responsibilities

Complete three eight-month rotational assignments across engineering teams
Execute core engineering milestones in specialized program tracks
Validate physical system architectures and optimize hardware requirements
Present technical reviews and strategic updates to leadership teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and program management
