RTX
The Operations Cross-Functional Leadership Development Program (OLDP-XF) at RTX is a two-year, rotational early-career program with three 8-month assignments across the enterprise designed to develop leadership and functional business skills. It is aimed at internal interns/co-ops and external entry-level professionals completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree by May 30, 2026, and requires U.S. citizenship and willingness to relocate across the U.S. The program provides structured training, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure to prepare participants for full-time roles within RTX.
