About this role

Ryder’s Leadership Development Program in Indianapolis is a rotational, early-career program for recent bachelor’s graduates joining the Supply Chain Solutions division. Participants spend 12–18 months rotating through 2–3 operational roles across the Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial verticals, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and executive exposure. The program begins June 2026 and requires relocating to assigned sites 1–2 times during the rotation.
