Leadership Foundations Program Associate

Mustang Cat is seeking driven individuals to join its Leadership Foundations Program, an 18–24 month rotational development initiative designed to prepare future leaders. Participants will gain hands-on operational experience across multiple business divisions, including Power Systems, Service, and Sales Administration, while receiving professional coaching and mentorship. The program focuses on building leadership capabilities, business acumen, and operational knowledge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
