Leadership Foundations Program

Mustang Cat is seeking motivated individuals to join an 18–24 month rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate future leaders across various business divisions. Participants will gain hands-on operational exposure and professional mentorship in areas including power systems, service, relations, and sales administration. The program emphasizes business acumen, safety, and relationship building within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
