Leadership Learning Consultant

The Leadership Learning Consultant will support the design and planning of a leadership capability uplift focused on change and adaptability for leaders operating in high-change environments. This role involves translating objectives into a clear learning strategy, conducting needs analysis, and designing practical learning experiences to help leaders navigate ambiguity and adapt based on evidence. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to develop solution designs, learner journeys, and evaluation frameworks, supporting project planning toward a Q2 pilot.
