The Leadership Programs & Events Manager provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management for a portfolio of Leadership Center programs, including Hello Cincy Socials, Cincy Next, and Cincy Lead: Next Gen. This role focuses on welcoming new residents, developing emerging leaders, expanding professional networks, and strengthening civic engagement throughout Greater Cincinnati. The position is responsible for delivering exceptional participant experiences, achieving program goals, and advancing the Leadership Center’s mission to develop leaders, widen professional networks, and deepen connections to the Cincinnati region.
