About this role

This is a year-long leadership rotation program for new graduates to rotate through middle and back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations and Treasury. Participants will complete an immersive onboarding experience before analyzing situations, leading projects, and developing a comprehensive understanding of the firm's trading functions. Upon successful completion, graduates earn a permanent role on one of the participating teams.
