Leadership

This role provides administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments under the direction of the Vice President of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer. The position is responsible for managing cost, finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and patient and staff satisfaction. The leader collaborates with the management team to promote the organization's mission, vision, and values while driving strategic initiatives and compliance with nursing standards.
