About this role
A Leading Hand at Kilmore East Quarry is a multi-faceted production and maintenance role reporting to the Quarry Manager, focused on leading quarry operations and ensuring plant and equipment reliability. The full-time position involves hands-on oversight of production and maintenance activities, with preference for candidates experienced with mobile and fixed plant and backgrounds in mining or mineral sands. The role includes Monday–Friday hours with rostered Saturday mornings and offers paid overtime and career development opportunities.
