LEAN Consultant

Pepperl+Fuchs is seeking an experienced LEAN Consultant for the Manufacturing Excellence department to lead and coordinate Lean initiatives across a global manufacturing plant. This role involves collaborating with production, logistics, and quality teams to implement Lean methodologies, facilitate workshops, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in an international environment. The consultant will report directly to the head of Manufacturing Excellence and partner with management to define and track the Lean roadmap.
