About this role
The Summer 2026 Lean Intern will support the Continuous Improvement function by assisting with high-level Lean initiatives. This role includes data collection, observation to identify waste and improvement opportunities, and coordinating pilots to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. The intern will also help create a Daily Management dashboard for performance visibility aligned with team goals.
