Lean Manager

Mortenson is seeking a Lean Manager to partner with Project Leaders in developing and executing lean approaches, coaching field and project leaders to apply 5S, Flow Construction, and kaizen-based continuous improvement methods. The role involves building strong partnerships, promoting continuous improvement principles onsite, and supporting project teams in developing flow schedules to enhance safety and project outcomes. This position requires a candidate with a background in construction or manufacturing and significant experience in continuous improvement.
