About this role
The Lean Portfolio Manager within CAP Customer Labs at Barclays is responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting and accelerating delivery of product and proposition outcomes that map to CAP OKRs. The role partners with product managers, journey owners and technology leads to create a cohesive roadmap, resolve cross-team conflicts and drive value-based prioritisation. The incumbent is a cultural champion for Agile ways of working and fosters adoption of tooling and processes across the Labs.
