Lean Process Improvement Specialist

This role supports the process framework effort by using Lean and DMAIC methodologies to lead and execute key process improvement and business integration efforts within Power Grid Operations. The incumbent will engage with senior management to scope and facilitate Lean events, create business readiness requirements, and oversee action item execution to ensure operational sustainability. The position requires coaching others, documenting activities, and communicating progress to leadership while navigating conflicting opinions and fostering collaboration.
