About this role
The Lean Site Facilitator advances WellStar’s process improvement strategy by promoting standardized Lean methodology across a site to improve patient care, quality, and safety. The role connects site leadership, the System Lean Transformation Office, and frontline teams to support adoption and sustainment of measurable improvements. It reports to the Director of Lean/AVP Operations and focuses on executing a site-level Lean roadmap aligned to system goals.
