This role focuses on rolling out and sustaining a Lean Six Sigma culture across the site while aligning initiatives with company business plans. The position involves leading cross-functional projects, coaching process owners, and driving operational and financial improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, the role requires tracking key performance metrics and mentoring Lean Six Sigma Belters to ensure program sustainability.
