About this role
The Lean System Facilitator is a member of Wellstar's Office of Clinician Well-Being who builds infrastructure to support the health and well‑being of clinical staff. The role collaborates with clinical leaders and the Lean Transformation Office to apply Lean methodologies that reduce waste and improve clinician work‑life integration. The facilitator also helps optimize internal OCW team functioning and drives measurable process improvements.
