About this role

Prysmian seeks a Lean Transformation Manager to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at its Taunton, MA manufacturing site. Reporting to the Plant Director, this role will own the site-wide Lean roadmap, foster a culture of standard work, and deliver measurable business impact through Kaizen methodologies and the Prysmian Performance System. The leader will collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

Responsibilities

Build and drive a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy
Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow and constraint removal
Partner with the Site Director to prioritize highest-impact opportunities
Embed Lean thinking into daily decisions through standard work and accountability
Coach the organization on problem-solving methodologies and mindset
