This role is an internal learnership program designed to develop candidates into qualified Miners with applied competence in underground trackless mining. Participants will undergo a 24-month training program involving theory and practical on/off-the-job training to obtain a Blasting Certificate and qualify as a Miner. The position involves reading engineering drawings, adhering to mine standards, and eventually managing and leading employees under direct supervision.
