Learner Referral Officer

The role involves proactively engaging with community and stakeholder partners to promote adult learning programmes, managing learner referrals and enrolments, and ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will build relationships, provide information and guidance to potential learners, and meet monthly targets for programme starts and placements.
