The Learning Acceleration Field Specialist works alongside instructional coaches, teachers, and school leaders to strengthen literacy instruction for Grades 4-6. This role focuses on student-centered coaching, co-planning, co-teaching, and providing professional learning in the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy. The position aims to build lasting capacity for effective literacy teaching and improve student outcomes through relationship-based influence.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver professional learning aligned to the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy
Support instructional coaches and school leaders in strengthening teacher practice and improving Tier 1 literacy instruction
Monitor implementation of student-centered coaching and interpret the impact on student progress
