Learning and Development Consultant, DentaQuest (Oregon)

The Learning & Development Consultant provides hands-on training and development support to dental practices in the Advantage Dental+ network across Southern Oregon, traveling to sites approximately 50% of the time. The role focuses on coaching clinical and administrative teams, designing and adapting learning solutions, and supporting adoption of clinical care models to improve operational efficiency, patient care, and employee engagement. The consultant partners with practice and corporate leadership to implement learning interventions and measure their impact.
