Learning and Development Specialist

This role develops and facilitates learning and development programs, consulting with business unit leaders on performance, employee engagement, and career development. The specialist conducts performance analyses, identifies training needs, and manages all phases of instructional systems design to deliver effective education. Additionally, the position involves mentoring entry and intermediate team members and supporting program management for training classes.
