Learning Business Partner & Instructional Designer

The role supports the West Hershey Plant by designing, developing, and implementing modern digital training assets and learning programs, leveraging the Training Within Industry methodology and the Augmentir Connected Worker platform. The individual will create engaging multimedia content, apply change management and performance consulting practices, and serve as a member of the plant Learning and Development Pillar.
