Learning Business Partner

The Learning Business Partner serves as the embedded Learning & Development presence for BlackLine's EMEA region, localising, launching, and delivering globally-designed learning programmes. This individual-contributor role acts as the primary L&D face to EMEA business leaders, facilitating workshops and ensuring consistent execution of onboarding and leadership development across diverse markets. The position requires strong facilitation skills, stakeholder management, and genuine AI fluency to model AI-augmented work practices.
