Learning Coach – TEAM Center

The Learning Coach – TEAM Center serves as a student-centered behavioral interventionist and restorative practices facilitator dedicated to supporting students whose behaviors may interrupt the instructional environment and interfere with academic success. The role provides structured restorative resets, behavioral coaching, social-emotional support, and opportunities for students to reflect, refocus, and return to class prepared to learn. The Learning Coach uses research-based behavior intervention strategies and relationship-building techniques to help students develop self-awareness, self-regulation, and positive decision-making habits.
