The Learning Consultant is responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering learning and development programs across multi-functional teams to support operational excellence. This role involves fostering relationships with Subject Matter Experts, facilitating training sessions, and developing various learning materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The position serves as a consultant and coach to leaders, addressing team development needs through classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats.
