The Learning Content Creator/eLearning Developer is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging learning content that supports both internal readiness and customer education. The role focuses on creating scalable, visually consistent eLearning and microlearning assets that improve learner engagement and understanding. It also involves working with subject matter experts to translate complex, technical concepts into clear and interactive learning experiences. Over time, the position drives content velocity, maintains a regular audit and refresh cadence, and elevates the overall learning ecosystem and standards.
