Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst (Instructional Designer) Assistant Vice President

The Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst (Instructional Designer) partners with business stakeholders, SMEs, and L&D teams to design and develop interactive training and learning solutions. The role applies adult learning theory and instructional design methodology across multiple modalities (web, mobile, virtual, and classroom) and creates supporting materials, assessments, and measurement strategies. It operates within cross-functional, often Agile teams to deliver scalable eLearning and instructor-led curricula.
