Learning Designer Care System

The Learning Designer Care System will lead the design and development of scalable, adaptive learning pathways and resources to support the implementation of War Child’s evidence‑based Care System. The role involves co‑creating with partners, facilitating workshops, producing e‑learning content, and ensuring inclusive, user‑tested solutions that strengthen partners’ capacity to deliver mental health and well‑being programmes for children affected by conflict.
