Learning Designer, Multimedia

This role assesses, designs, develops, and implements high-quality sustainable blended learning solutions and knowledge management solutions to enhance learner experience and knowledge retention. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop scalable solutions, and evaluate effectiveness to support business outcomes. Responsibilities include auditing and adapting learning collateral, applying instructional design expertise, and managing projects of externally-developed learning solutions.
