Learning & Development Business Partner

The Learning & Development Business Partner (L&D BP) shapes and delivers the organisation’s learning strategy for the Civils business, partnering with leaders to identify capability needs and create targeted development solutions that drive productivity, safety, and long-term workforce growth. Reporting to the Divisional Head of L&D and supporting CGU management, this role collaborates across business units to ensure alignment with wider group priorities and supports broader L&D initiatives. It fosters a culture of continuous learning and uses data to underpin development strategies.
