Learning & Development Business Partner

The Learning & Development Business Partner conducts learning and development activities and assists in developing strategies for organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. The role coordinates learning initiatives through a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, delivery, and evaluation. Depending on the level, the position may also manage learning initiatives and help lead culture change through processes that support organizational learning.
