Learning & Development Coordinator

The Learning and Development Coordinator supports training and education initiatives at Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard Resort by managing learning content, administering the Learning Management System, and coordinating training sessions. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role collaborates with resort departments and external partners to identify training needs, develop programs, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. The position also provides general human resources support including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment assistance within a seasonal and flexible work environment.
