Learning & Development Coordinator

This role involves supporting the global Talent Management & People Development organization by coordinating, administering, and implementing training initiatives. The position focuses on central usage of the Learning Portal, including training HR colleagues and managers, while providing data analytics and supporting the transformation of learning strategies. Reporting to the Global Learning Operations Manager, the role also entails leading a network of Learning Admins and improving administrative processes.
