Learning & Development Coordinator

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the execution of learning and development programs by administering the Learning Management System, tracking training, and upholding brand standards. This role reports to the National Trainer and serves as a backup facilitator for new-hire orientation and corporate training sessions. The position aims to help build knowledgeable, confident teams while supporting operational excellence across the organization.
