Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business strategy
Supervise and develop L&D team members to ensure program quality and continuous improvement
Conduct needs assessments and skills gap analyses to recommend appropriate training solutions
Develop and execute leadership cohort programs for emerging and mid-level managers
Measure and report on learning metrics including retention, promotion rates, and program effectiveness
