The Learning & Development Manager will lead a team of seven L&D specialists, trainers, and a digital learning developer to deliver and grow a comprehensive learning strategy across a multi‑site operational business. The role oversees the Learning Management System, mandatory training compliance, digitalisation of training, and the creation of induction, onboarding, and competency‑based programmes, while providing reporting and analysis of learning effectiveness.
