Learning & Development Manager

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Learning & Development activities across assigned hotels within the Human Resources Department. The position oversees training needs analysis, onboarding, mandatory training, employee development, and reporting to support continuous learning and career growth. The incumbent works closely with hotel leadership and department heads to ensure effective training delivery and compliance with Hilton standards.
