Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager designs, delivers, and continuously improves learning programs to build employee capability, strengthen leadership, and support business growth. This role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance needs, create practical learning solutions, and drive adoption across a geographically dispersed workforce. The position owns the full learning lifecycle, from needs assessment and instructional design through facilitation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
