Learning & Development Partner

The Learning & Development Partner provides education and coaching to customer-facing sales professionals to reduce the learning curve and help the organization achieve its business goals. The role involves developing and delivering educational content on product knowledge, sales skills, and clinical insights, while acting as a subject-matter expert for specific sales teams. This position supports onboarding initiatives, conducts ride-alongs for coaching, and analyzes program effectiveness to drive sales excellence.
