About this role

The Learning & Development Specialist reports to the Operational Excellence Manager and leads the site’s learning agenda, supporting the implementation of Abbott Diabetes Care’s Learning & Development strategy and workforce capability initiatives. The role works with site leadership, HR, managers and employees to deliver training programmes, talent development and continuous improvement activities across the Donegal facility.

Responsibilities

Support execution of the Learning & Development Strategy
Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes
Lead coordination and continuous improvement of the Lean Six Sigma Academy
