Learning & Development Specialist

Carey Group is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join their team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role involves designing, coordinating, and delivering learning programmes to support leadership development and technical training across the business. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops, manage learning logistics, and contribute to the implementation of a new Learning Management System.
