The Learning & Development Specialist develops, organizes, and maintains training content to prepare employees for their roles and support departmental operations. This role partners with subject matter experts to create practical training materials and administers the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training assignments and compliance. The specialist also provides day-to-day support to employees and managers using the system.
