Learning Experience Leader

A Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs is responsible for designing and expanding training and development programs to create a positive learning environment. This role involves aligning foundational skills training with product-specific training methodologies, creating training materials, and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs across the organization. Additionally, the Learning Experience Leader will research new methodologies in workplace learning and act as a content expert, maintaining training documentation and monitoring trainee progress.
